1. Nature of Digital Products
All services and products offered through digitaly are non-physical digital products delivered electronically. These include – but are not limited to – access credentials, activation codes, digital subscription services, or any services executed immediately upon payment completion.
Due to their digital nature, these products cannot be returned or refunded once their data has been revealed or delivered to the customer.
2. Finality of Sales
All sales conducted through the website are final and binding on both parties.
Customers are not entitled to request refunds, replacements, or cancellations after activation has been completed or service data has been sent.
Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind.
- No longer needing the service after purchase.

- Lack of knowledge on how to use the service.
3. When a Service Is Considered Delivered
A product or service is considered fully and finally delivered when:

- The activation process is successfully completed.
Once any of the above occurs, the right to cancellation or refund is permanently waived.
4. Limited Exceptions
Compensation requests may only be considered in the following cases:
- The service was not delivered at all due to a verified technical issue originating from the website.
- A major technical error from the website prevents immediate use of the service upon delivery.
In all cases:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
- Website management reserves the right to fully investigate the claim before making any decision.
- Suspension of the service by an external provider is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
5. Services Related to Third-Party Platforms
The website bears no responsibility for:
- Account suspension due to updates in the original platform’s policies.
- Changes in terms of service by the original service provider.
- Geographic restrictions.
- Account closure resulting from violations of the original platform’s terms.
- Sharing login credentials with multiple parties.
None of the above circumstances entitle the customer to request a refund.
6. Acknowledgment Before Payment
By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly acknowledges that:
- They understand the product is digital and non-refundable once access details are revealed.
- They fully agree to the no-refund policy.
- They are responsible for reading the product description before purchasing.
- They are not entitled to request a financial refund after service execution.
This acknowledgment becomes legally binding upon clicking the “Complete Order” button.
7. Prevention of Chargeback Abuse
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback through a bank or payment provider after receiving the service constitutes:
- A direct violation of this agreement.
- A contractual breach.
- Abuse of the electronic payment system.
The website reserves the right to:
- Submit a formal dispute to the payment provider with technical evidence.
- Provide activation logs and delivery records.
- Take legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
- Permanently ban the customer from future use of the website.
8. Customer Responsibility for Entered Information
The customer bears full responsibility for:
- Providing a valid email address.
- Ensuring the accuracy of contact information.
- Reviewing the product description before purchase.
The website is not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, the website’s liability – if proven – shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. The website shall not be liable for any additional compensation or indirect damages.
10. Policy Updates
Website management reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated version.
