1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

5. No-Refund Policy (Final Sales)

  • Orders cannot be refunded, replaced, or canceled after execution.
  • Refunds are not granted due to change of mind.
  • Services cannot be refunded once used or once access details are disclosed.

The only exception:
Compensation may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered at all.
  • A technical error from the website is proven at the moment of delivery.

6. Responsibility for Use

The customer bears full responsibility for how the service is used.

Customer data is not sold to third parties.

Data may be shared with payment processors or hosting providers strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the service.


14. Final Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that:
